Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with a one time link to generate your return label via our Royal Mail returns portal.

• Check your email for the returns portal link, the subject is 'Sausage Dog Box Return Label'
• Check your spam folder if you can't locate the email
• Generate your label (print at home or use a QR code at the Post Office)
• Send your item back to us

• This fee applies to UK returns only
• This product is non-refundable once purchased
• Only one return per label purchased
• Returns must follow our Returns Policy

If you are returning from outside the UK, you will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping using a tracked service.
