We offer £4.99 standard delivery or free for orders over £90.00 to most UK postcodes. Orders are tracked and you will receive a Royal Mail tracking link upon dispatch.

We aim to dispatch items the day of order or the next working day, using Royal Mail 48 hour service unless a different option is selected at checkout. Our usual daily cut off time is 12.30pm. We ask customers to allow 7 working days from dispatch for your items to arrive. If your parcel hasn't arrived by then, please contact us for further investigation. Royal Mail delivery times might sometimes exceed the standard window, which is beyond our control. Customers will receive a tracking number for visibility on expected delivery dates.

UK delivery options:

• Tracked 48 - Standard 1-3 working days: £4.99, free for orders over £90.00

• Tracked 24 - Fast Shipping within 1 business day: £6.99

• Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm the next day: £11.99

*Orders need to be placed before 12.30pm Monday to Thursday. Orders after 12.30pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders made on Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day but delivery is estimated for the following Monday. 24 hour and 48 hour services are not promised by Royal Mail within that timeframe.

International Shipping
We are now able to ship to over 80 countries worldwide via an International Tracked and Signed service through Royal Mail. Customs and duties amounts are added at checkout depending on location.

Please take note that if you spend over £90, you're eligible for free shipping for UK Mainland Addresses. However, as a small business we are unable to offer free shipping if items are returned due to carrier and fulfilment fees. £4.99 may be deducted from your refund to cover these fees so please ensure you measure your dachshund prior to ordering clothing items.
