How do I choose the right size for my dachshund?
Our products are designed specifically for the unique shape of dachshunds, but every sausage is different! We recommend measuring your dog's back, chest and neck before ordering and using our size guides on each product page.
We have developed a handy sizing calculator tool alongside a video with details on how to measure your dachshund. If you're unsure of anything, simply send us your dog's measurements or a photo and we'll happily recommend the best size.
Are your clothes designed specifically for dachshunds?
Yes! Unlike many pet products designed for all breeds, ours are created around the unique proportions of dachshunds.
Long backs, deep chests and shorter legs require a completely different fit to prevent rubbing, slipping and discomfort.
Will your products fit miniature and standard dachshunds?
Yes. Most of our products are available in sizes suitable for miniature dachshunds, tweenies and standard dachshunds. Each product includes its own sizing guide.
My dachshund is between sizes. Which should I choose?
This depends on the product.
For fleeces and jumpers we generally recommend sizing up if your dog is between sizes or has a deeper chest.
If you're unsure, contact us before ordering, we're always happy to help.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours during weekdays.
UK delivery is available using Royal Mail Tracked services, and international orders are also sent using fully tracked services.
Delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
We proudly ship our dachshund clothing and accessories all over the world.
For many destinations we collect duties and taxes during checkout, helping to avoid unexpected customs charges on delivery.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely.
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Of course.
If something isn't quite right, you can return your unused item within our returns period.

Can I exchange for another size?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, simply return your original item in line with our Returns Policy and place a new order for the size you'd like. This helps ensure you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Why are your harnesses different?
Our DoxieLite and Doxie StepMag Harnesses have both been developed specifically for dachshunds.
Features include:
- Anti-rub design
- Longer chest panel
- Fully adjustable fit
- Lightweight construction
- Designed to reduce rubbing around the armpits
The DoxieLite is a lightweight overhead style, whereas the Doxie StepMag design is a step-in design with magnetic buckles.
What is the difference between the DoxieLite Harness and DoxieDri Fleece?
The DoxieLite Harness is a lightweight everyday walking harness.
The DoxieDri Fleece combines a warm fleece with a reinforced built-in harness, making it perfect for colder weather while eliminating the need for multiple layers.
Are your fleeces waterproof?
Our DoxieDri Fleeces feature a waterproof belly panel to help keep your dachshund cleaner and drier underneath, while the fleece upper provides warmth and comfort thanks to its clever water resistant properties.
Can my dog wear a harness underneath the fleece?
No need!
Our DoxieDri® Fleeces include integrated reinforced D-rings, meaning they work as both a fleece and harness. If you however prefer to use a harness on top of a fleece, this can be done. We also have a huge range of other Dachshund jumpers that don't have D-rings if that's what you prefer.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes.
Most of our clothing and accessories can be machine washed at 30 degrees, and we'd recommend air drying. Our Bamboo DoxieRobes require a delicate wash to stay soft.
Always check the care instructions on the product page before washing.
Top tip - If a product has Velcro or D-rings, we recommend doing the Velcro up to preserve the 'stickiness' and turning the garment inside out. It is also advised that you pop it inside a laundry bag or pillow case before washing to protect the metal hardware.

Are your products suitable for dachshund puppies?
Yes! Many of our products are perfect for puppies, with adjustable features that help achieve a secure fit while they grow. Always check the size guide before ordering or contact us if you'd like sizing advice.
Are your products suitable for older dachshunds?
Definitely. Comfort has always been one of our biggest priorities. Our breed-specific fit, lightweight materials and anti-rub designs make many of our products ideal for senior dachshunds who still enjoy getting out and about.
Will you restock sold out products?
Many of our collections return, but some seasonal prints and limited editions may not.

Do you make matching accessories?
