Is it secure for me to place an order online using my card details?
Yes it is extremely safe for you to place an order using your credit/debit, PayPal or Clearpay or Apple Pay, details. The payment pages we use are completely secure. If for any reason you would prefer to place your order over the phone, please contact us and we will process your order securely on your behalf.
Can I add to an order already placed?
If you have placed an order online but would like to add additional items this might be possible providing your order hasn’t already been processed for dispatch. Please contact us by email with your order number and we will be able to look into this for you. If your order has not yet been processed, and the additional item/s is in stock we can take payment and add to your order. If you order has already been processed, we would need to ask you to place a separate order.
Can I cancel an order? What if I change my mind? What if it doesn't fit? Can I exchange an order?
Please contact us if you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched. If your order has already been dispatched you can send the item/s back to us within seven days of receipt of the item/s at your expense. Please ensure the item/s is securely packaged and the order number, and reason for the return is included. A refund of the value of the item/s will be processed within five days of receipt of the item/s.
What if I receive a damaged or broken item?
We always ensure that plenty of packaging is used to avoid breakages and protect the products, however if an item is damaged or broken upon receipt, please contact us with your order number and we will do everything possible to resolve the matter. We may ask that you to photograph and email the damaged or broken item/s.
What if part of my order is not in stock?
We hold vast stock however occasionally items showing as available are sometimes not in stock. Our standard policy is to contact you to advise you of the situation and ask whether you wish the order is dispatched and part refunded or whether you are happy to wait for the item/s to arrive in stock before the whole order is dispatched. We believe this gives us the opportunity of providing the best customer service possible.
What if I enter the incorrect delivery address when placing an order?
Please contact us and if your order has not been processed we should be able to amend the address. If the order has been despatched and returned to us by our courier, we can arrange re-delivery to the correct address, however a standard shipping charge of £4.99 will be liable.
