We are unable to provide a free returns service. This coat is so thought out and well-designed from the toggle on the back of the snood style neck cover and the one on the back of the neck, the length to cover a sausage (Riley wears a size M) to the Velcro and the straps that do up at the back to keep it sleek and the T bar belly panel to keep short dogs dry- it’s brilliant in wet weather especially with dachshunds who hate the rain! ☔️ We love this coat and it’s also in a lovey design. To be transparent we were gifted this coat.
